I am an illustrator and the Co-Owner of ZaPow! The Southeast's only art gallery focusing on illustration and pop culture art.

I have two main styles. They are:
Labors of Love: Highly rendered illustrations with an eye to a painterly aesthetic. These take me about two weeks per illustration.
Pop Fun: These take me between 45 minutes to 2 hours and are an irreverent homage to pop artists and cartoons and usually have a snarky quip that goes a long with them. Amusingly enough these are the paintings & prints that usually sell the fastest.

My Education: I received my BFA in illustration from Rhode Island School of Design and my MFA with a focus on writing and illustrating picturebooks from Goddard College. During my studies I completed honors programs at Parsons Paris, and The University of Canterbury in Christ Church, New Zealand.
